Meet Dr. Connie Brooks, the powerhouse behind Allure Aesthetics and Medical Spa. With a flair for dermatology and a passion for aesthetics, Dr. Brooks brings beauty and confidence to Fayetteville since 2018. As a master of injectables and skincare, she believes that looking good is feeling good.

Trained by the best like Mauricio de Maio, M.D., and Professor Sebastian Cotofana, M.D., Ph.D., Dr. Brooks offers top-tier services including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella, PDO Threads, Microneedling, and so much more.

A native of Lumberton, NC, Dr. Brooks has called Fayetteville home since 1998. Alongside her husband, Dr. Gabriel Fernandez, they recently moved to Carolina Lakes. This is where they plan to retire and make many memories with family and grandchildren.

With over 31 years of experience Dr Brooks is a dedicated member of the medical community. When she’s not sculpting beauty, you’ll find her spreading kindness through mission work across the globe.

I’m excited joining the team at Allure Aesthetics and Medical Spa in North Carolina, focusing on delivering personalized, high-quality care.
 
I prioritize patient education, believing that informed patients are empowered to make the best decisions for their well-being. My approach emphasizes collaboration and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their aesthetic journey.
 
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Jackee, playing with our dog Jasper, attending church, and traveling with my wife.
 
As I embark on this new chapter, I am excited to continue making a positive impact in the lives of my patients and in the evolving field of aesthetics.

Sydney McKinley

MEDICAL ESTHETICIAN

Hi, I’m Sydney, a licensed aesthetician with a strong foundation in science and a passion for results-driven skincare. I earned my degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and later completed my aesthetics training at the Aveda Institute, where I graduated as valedictorian.

Before transitioning into aesthetics, I worked in a clinical laboratory setting at Duke University Hospital, where I developed a strong attention to detail and a high level of precision that I now bring into my treatments.

I was born and raised in North Carolina and recently returned after spending a short time in Arizona. My journey into aesthetics has been all about combining my love for science with my passion for helping others feel confident in their skin.

I specialize in advanced exfoliation treatments such as DiamondGlow, chemical peels, and dermaplaning, along with a variety of customized skincare services. I take a results-driven approach, but I also believe your treatment should be a time to relax and reset. My goal is for you to leave not only seeing a difference in your skin, but also feeling refreshed and cared for. I want you to feel confident in both your treatments and your homecare routine.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our pets, exploring new places, and baking.

I’m so excited to be part of the team at Allure Aesthetics and Medical Spa and look forward to helping you feel confident, informed, and cared for throughout your skincare journey!

I’m excited to join the Allure team, where I can apply my over 25 years of experience in operations and management to help enhance customer service and ensure patient satisfaction. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in various management roles, honing my ability to improve processes and foster strong relationships.

I’m grateful for my wonderful husband, three amazing boys, and three beautiful grandchildren. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor adventures and photography. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to be part of such a great team and contribute to helping the people we serve to reach their beauty goals.
